1. Digital delivery
E Pay Global vouchers are digital goods. There is no physical shipment. Your voucher is delivered electronically as a secure PIN.
2. How and when you receive your voucher
- Vouchers are issued electronically and made available automatically once your payment is confirmed by Payfast.
- Issuance occurs within 60 seconds of payment being confirmed.
- A voucher is only issued once payment is confirmed. If payment is not confirmed, no voucher is issued and no charge is taken — there is nothing to refund.
3. If your voucher is not issued
If you were charged but did not receive a voucher, contact support@epayglobal.co.za with your order reference and we will resolve it within 24 business hours.
4. Correct order details
Please make sure the details entered at checkout are correct so we can link, deliver and support your order. We will help you recover any order placed in good faith.
5. Geographic scope and restrictions
Vouchers are sold to customers in South Africa and are priced and transacted in South African Rand (ZAR). There are no known export restrictions on this digital product.
