1. Availability and unavailability
The provision of vouchers is subject to availability. In the event that a voucher you have paid for cannot be supplied, E Pay Global will refund you in full within 30 days of the transaction.
2. Nature of the product
Vouchers are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a voucher PIN has been delivered and/or redeemed, it is treated as supplied. This affects when a refund can be given, as set out below.
3. When you can get a refund
- Charged but no voucher received — full refund of the amount paid. (A voucher is only issued once payment is confirmed, so a failed issuance normally means no charge was taken in the first place.)
- Duplicate or incorrect charge — full refund of the duplicate or incorrect amount.
- Voucher not yet redeemed — you may request a refund of the value paid, less a 5% deduction. This covers the payment-processing fees charged to us by our payment gateway and the costs of issuing the voucher, which are incurred at the time of purchase and cannot be recovered.
4. When a refund cannot be given
- Where a voucher PIN has already been redeemed or its value has been used, in whole or in part.
- Where a refund request relates to a voucher disclosed to a third party by you, where that disclosure caused the loss.
5. How to request a refund or cancellation
Email support@epayglobal.co.za with your order reference and the email/mobile number used at checkout. We aim to respond within 24 business hours.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Payfast. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
E Pay Global takes responsibility for resolving transaction disputes relating to vouchers purchased on this Website. Please contact us first so we can resolve the matter directly and quickly.
