This policy explains how EPAY GROUP (PTY) LTD trading as E Pay Global collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

When you buy a voucher we collect only what we need to complete and deliver your order:
- Contact details — name, email address and mobile number (used to process your order, issue your voucher and provide support).
- Order information — the voucher value, order reference, and transaction status.
- Technical information — IP address, device and browser information, collected for security and fraud prevention.
We do not collect or store your card number, expiry date or CVV. Those are entered directly on Payfast's secure payment page.
3. How we use your information
- To process your payment and deliver your voucher.
- To provide customer support and handle disputes or refunds.
- To detect and prevent fraud and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
- To send you transactional messages relating to your order.
4. Sharing your information
We share personal information only where necessary:
- With Payfast (Pty) Ltd, our payment processor, to process your card payment securely.
- With service providers who help us operate the Website (for example email and SMS delivery), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Where required by law, regulation, or a lawful request by a competent authority.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. Card data is handled by Payfast, which is PCI DSS compliant; card details are never stored on our Website, and customer details are stored separately from any card data.

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above and to meet legal, accounting and regulatory requirements, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to certain processing.
